All I could think about was the market in Lourmarin - and how I was going to eat my way through it. Ultimately I settled for bread and olives as I longingly passed over all the fabulous local, NON-PASTEURIZED farm cheeses. Boo. But those French have many other cheese options and I found my mecca in the very-pasteurized cheese aisles (yes - plural - 'aisles'!) in the larger town's Intermarche.
